March 22, 2018 - Inspiration Night - Speaker Jennifer Ehrmantraut of Intentional You

Jennifer talked to us about the how events that occur in our lives causes emotion, action, habits and quality of life.  From those experiences, we can then choose our energy.  Jennifer provided some resources for the group and her intention was to provide us with tools to find our own joy and for us to find the inspiration within ourselves.

February's Inspiration Night

February's Inspiration Night was a presentation by Paula of Paula Haygarth Empowerment Coach. 

Paula's mission has always simply been to just be who she is, and help others to do the same.  She chooses to empower people to become addicted to who they are and to their core essence.  She believes that transformation will not occur when you are addicted to who you aren't!  She knows the way to arrive here is to align your unconscious and conscious minds and release baggage!

January Inspiration Night

 

Januarys Inspiration Night was a presentation by Kelsey of RAW Holistic Nutrition.  We learned about the benefits of seeking the expertise of a Holistic Nutritionist.

Holistic Nutrition is a practice that encourages you properly nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Not only does holistic nutrition look at the physical body, but looks at the emotional and mental state of the the individual. It looks at all aspects of each individual and promotes wellness through proper diet, supplementation and lifestyle factors. Through holistic nutrition you will learn to understand why YOU need certain nutrients in your body to support your main health concerns and encourage you to change the way you live. As a holistic nutritionist, Kelsey encourages clients to eat whole, natural and organic foods whenever possible and to stay away from refined and processed foods.
